As a Christian with an operations background, I focus on what’s clear, practical, and actually used. I work with a small number of clients so the support stays focused on your mission and your needs.

It depends on the service. A Hiring Package is typically completed in two to three weeks. A Funnel Build runs three to four weeks. Team Management is ongoing and scoped based on your needs. Timelines are always outlined clearly in the proposal before any work begins.
